Things to note before you come for your first class.

•  Please call the front desk on 02 4926 4488  to secure yourself a  first timers class  (if you turn up without a booking there is a chance the session will be booked out!)

•  You can book in your next 2 classes at the front desk either before or after you attend your first class

•  bring enclosed shoes, a bottle of water and wear comfortable training clothes
  

•  Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of the class start time for registration and to sign waivers 

•  For Students under 18 years a parent or guardian must attend to sign the liability waiver
